Less Forcing. More Truth.

Structure in Service of the Soul.

Welcome. I’m Dr. Jazz, a somatic guide and intuitive mentor.

I work with people who have outgrown building their lives through force, burnout, or self-abandonment and are ready for a more authentic way forward. Less strategy, more soul.

Maybe you've built something real.

A career. A business. A life that works on paper.

And yet, something feels off.

Your body is tired. Your creativity is less present than it used to be.

Maybe you know it's time for a change, but feel stuck in the how.

The strategies that once worked now feel heavy, forced, or just misaligned.

This is not an idea problem.

And it's not a motivation or execution problem.

It's an initiation and a threshold:

the old structures that once supported you are asking to evolve.

This work is for people who feel the pull to live and work differently and want structure that actually honors their soul.

I don't help people "push through" or reinvent themselves overnight.

I help people reorient so what they're building actually reflects who they are now.

This work lives at the intersection of embodied awareness, psychological depth, pattern recognition, timing, and real-world responsibility.

I use tools like astrology, Human Design, depth psychology, and somatic practices as a way to understand that our lives and creations don't exist

in isolation.

We are shaped by cycles, patterns, and forces larger than the individual and when we work in relationship with them, things begin to move with less force and more integrity and ease.

This work isn't just about maximum effort or healing.

The goal is integration. Growth from the inside out.

You don't need more information or strategy.

You need alignment that can hold all of you.

This is where you begin.

"For what it's worth, it's never too late or too early to be whoever you want to be. There's not time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find that you're not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.
